深入社区了解村民核心需求，本着“喂鱼不如喂鱼”的理念，万宝矿产(缅甸)铜业有限企业不断创新合作形式，大力支持中小企业sme项目快速发展，提高村民创业就业能力 目前，企业帮助失地农村居民组建运输队伍，建立米粉、豆芽、冰棍、纯净水等项目培训基地，引进hdpe管道厂、砌块厂、水泥管道厂、砖瓦厂等。 宣布为村民创新可容纳125000只蛋鸡的自动化、标准化、规模化的现代化养殖场项目，与中美合资公司阿夏农业有限企业合作建立玉米种田等。 通过支持当地发掘和培养财富领袖，引导当地村民获得新的独立财富技能，从而改变村民以往以农耕为中心的生活习惯，继续为当地村民提供越来越多的就业机会。 目前，通过支持中小企业短信项目的快速发展，该企业已经带动了1000多名当地就业人员。

其中，企业积极探索蛋鸡养殖，推进周边村民共同致富的新模式，使社区与项目有机结合，较为有效地处理当地居民民生问题，形成了良好的示范效应。 莱比塘铜矿项目涉及4个搬迁村，村民生活贫困，大多以初级农业、畜牧业为第一谋生方式，对土地怀有天然的感情和留恋。 企业和村民多次作出信息表态，了解到当地村民非常关心放弃土地后的长期生活问题。 为了妥善处理剩余未搬迁村民的担忧，企业全年投入资金，在莱比塘铜矿项目附近为村民建设无污染、自动化、规模化、标准化的养鸡场，填补蒙育瓦地区大规模养鸡场空的空白，供给当地鸡蛋。

目前，养鸡场共采用5间鸡舍，其中蛋鸡舍4间，鸡舍1间，共可容纳125000只鸡。 养鸡场除3名中方管理者外，其余均为缅人，分别设有管理、财务、销售、仓储管理等岗位。 并且，企业引进有机肥生产设备，将鸡粪废弃为宝，有利于养殖场除臭解决。 有机肥具有迅速修复改善土壤、调节土壤酸碱度、提高农产品质量、抵御土壤病害、提高肥料利用率等优点。 企业与中美合资公司的蛤蜊企业合作种植玉米田，采用玉米作为蛋鸡饲料。 鸡粪排泄物添加到有机肥生产设备中，通过发酵转化为有机肥，使用有机肥种植玉米田，形成了“饲料-鸡粪-有机肥-饲料”的封闭循环经济。
